Coaching Services
Every engagement is tailored to the leader's real context — the decisions they are making, the dynamics they are navigating, and the specific patterns that are getting in the way. There is no standard curriculum. The structure is consistent. The content is yours.
Schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss your leadership context and whether coaching is the right fit.
Leadership Coaching
Who it is for
What we work on
Leaders in global organizations, government, professional services, or mission-driven institutions. Especially effective for leaders who are highly capable and sensing misalignment between who they are and how they are leading.
The content is bespoke to your needs. Common areas of focus include executive presence and authority without performance. Decision-making under pressure. Patterns driving reactivity, over-explanation, or self-doubt. Managing up and influencing across complex hierarchies. Values alignment and sustainable confidence. Cultural fluency beyond surface awareness. Trust-building across differences. Authority and presence in unfamiliar power structures. The specific dynamics of leading — and being — a foreigner in a high-stakes environment.
What changes
Clarity comes early. The changes compound. Within the first few sessions, clients report stronger self-awareness around the patterns driving their decisions. By the end of the engagement, the shift is visible: steadier presence, sharper judgment, and confidence that holds under real pressure rather than falling apart when the stakes rise.
Engagement options
Fixed-term engagements of three or six months provide structured, focused coaching with a clear arc. Retainer coaching provides ongoing partnership for leaders navigating sustained complexity. Both include regular sessions and between-session support for time-sensitive decisions.
Investment begins at $1000 per month depending on scope and duration.
Team & Organizational Coaching
MRK Leadership works with leadership teams and organizations navigating transition, growth, or misalignment. Engagements are designed around your specific context and may include facilitated leadership sessions, group coaching cohorts, or targeted workshops.
Common focus areas include strategic alignment across competing priorities, trust and communication across functions or geographies, decision-making authority and role clarity, and leading through organizational change.
These engagements may involve MRK Leadership's network of trusted associates depending on scope and team size.

Four stages. One consistent arc.
Engagements follow a proven structure that balances reflection with action — moving from insight to behavior to habit.
Explore what matters most. Surface values, strengths, and the patterns that are shaping how you lead. Understand where the misalignment is.
1 Discover
Examine the beliefs and assumptions driving behavior. Connect the surface challenge to its root. See what has been invisible.
2 Clarify
Test new ways of leading, communicating, and deciding in real time. Build confidence through intentional action, not rehearsal.
3 Practice
Strengthen the habits and structures that make the change last. Ensure the work holds beyond the engagement.
